Strange cookie ingredient. Lentils. Add a little protein to your snack!

Made these cookies tonight. I saw Alton make them on TV and I had to try them. Amazingly yummy. :)

Thanks goes out to the generous customers at Blush Beauty Boutique!

Thanks to support from the great customers at Blush Beauty Boutique, The Scattered Artisan catnip mice brought in enough donations to pick up some desperately needed cat food for the Androscoggin County Humane Society! (Delivered with a cute thank you card to show our appreciation to the GAHS volunteers!)

The pictured resident didn't seem too impressed that I had picked up kitten food....but maybe he didn't see the Fancy Feast! Thank you everyone for supporting this great cause. Look for more critter toys at Blush later in March to benefit the Humane Society!

I also want to give a shout out to the manager at Petco in Auburn for giving us a little discount to make the donation go a bit further! THANKS!
